Archived Website of Engineering Exports

A web archived online exhibit created in 2006, by the Institute Archives and Special Collections staff at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. As of 2024, this exhibit has been transformed into a WACZ file for web archiving, and is only accessible in this viewer.

This exhibit was created to showcase particular Rensselaer engineering alumni, who graduated during the years of 1850 and 1890. The alums highlighted commenced working on engineering projects throughout Latin America. Each slide showcases a photograph of the alumnus, and in most cases, another photograph of the engineering project they were part of. Also included are graduating class photographs. The slides are organized by date.
