This is the earliest newspaper published by students at Rensselaer, and only one issue (Vol. 1, No. 3, January 21, 1857) is known to exist. It contains articles on courses and examinations, remarks about individual students, a feature regarding a social event, news on the death of a student, and comments on ladies of the Troy Female Seminary.
