Paul Harteck in Japan at the 1962 U.S.-Japan Cultural Conference

Paul Harteck visited Japan in 1962, as part of the U.S.-Japan Conference on Cultural and Educational Interchange (CULCON). The conference helped to build and strengthen cultural and educational connections between the U.S. and Japan. Harteck gave a few lectures to students during his visit there.
